Delete your GlyphPilot account

Delete in the app

Open GlyphPilot.
Open Profile.
Tap Manage Account.
Tap Delete Account & Cloud Data and confirm.

This deletes your Firebase Authentication account, private account record and cloud like markers. Local patterns remain on the phone.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion request from the email address used for the account. Include “GlyphPilot account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

Timing

Verified requests will be completed within 30 days. Data required for fraud prevention or legal compliance, if any, may be retained only for the required period.
