These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GlyphPilot, an Android app by Kalaino Vain Infotech. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
GlyphPilot lets users create, preview, share, and run Glyph Matrix patterns, Glyph toys, audio-reactive visuals, widgets, and automations on supported Nothing phones. Some features depend on device support, Android permissions, Google Play services, Nothing Glyph APIs, Firebase, or network availability.
Free users may be asked to watch a rewarded ad before using certain Glyph toys, widgets, Studio, Audio Link, ringtone, notification blink, or automation features. A rewarded ad may unlock a temporary Creator Pass, currently intended to last 30 minutes. Availability of ads is not guaranteed and may depend on consent, network, region, device, and AdMob availability.
GlyphPilot may offer a one-time in-app purchase called GlyphPilot Lifetime Pro or a similar name. Lifetime Pro is intended to unlock ad-free access to premium GlyphPilot features on the Google Play account that purchased it, subject to Google Play Billing, refund, account, and device rules. Pricing, tax, payment, receipts, refunds, and purchase disputes are handled by Google Play.
Glyph output depends on supported Nothing phone hardware, OS version, Glyph service availability, user permissions, battery/background restrictions, and third-party SDK behavior. We try to provide reliable controls, but we do not guarantee that every animation, automation, ringtone, notification blink, widget, or hardware output will work on every device or OS version.
You are responsible for Glyph drawings, animations, names, links, shared gifts, community posts, and other content you create or publish. Do not upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, private without permission, or harmful. We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.
You control optional Android permissions such as microphone, notification access, accessibility, and system settings. Use automations, flashes, and Glyph output responsibly. Do not use the app in a way that distracts driving, causes unsafe flashing, interferes with emergency use, harasses others, or violates laws or platform rules.
The app may rely on Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Hosting, Android system services, and Nothing Glyph APIs. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, account actions, ad availability, billing decisions, or restrictions by third-party services.
In-app purchase refunds are handled through Google Play according to Google Play policies. If a refund is granted, Pro access may be removed. Rewarded ads and temporary Creator Pass access have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
GlyphPilot, app UI, code, branding, and original assets are owned by Kalaino Vain Infotech or its licensors. You retain responsibility for content you create. By publishing or sharing content through app features, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, and make that content available through the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalaino Vain Infotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the app, permissions, ads, purchases, automations, shared content, or third-party services.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to cloud/community features if needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse or platform requirements.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
